As your friendly neighborhood realtor in St. Johns County, I know that before the school bells ring again, everyone wants to squeeze in some last bits of summer fun! Northeast Florida truly shines with family-friendly activities, and August 2025 is shaping up to be no exception. Here are some local events that would be great for families before the kids head back to class:

 

County-Wide & General NE Florida Fun:
