This may be a long one, so let me start with the short – Look for no one else – Demi is your dream realtor (and friend). So for the longer review for those who want to know more – My husband and I were already under contract on a new build before we discovered Demi. We found her through her YouTube channel and would watch her videos on St. Johns County every single trip we took to come explore St. Johns. We took a leap and made a call and actually spoke to the YouTube star! In all seriousness, we called while she was at another appointment, but she communicated that to us and called us back within the hour! From the jump, she was in constant communication, scheduled us on one of her famous discovery tours, and she visited the house we were already under contract on. She was out at that property almost weekly and kept us update on everything going on with it. The sale of that home fell through and Demi was there for every phone call and every step including helping us find a home we loved even more – in fact a home that checked every single box (which we didn’t think was possible). She even helped us see the house from out of state so we could put in an offer, negotiated that offer, guided us through each step, and regularly checked on this house – despite it being completed already. Demi took a chaotic and stressful situation and made it seem seamless. She’s a true professional and I wish all realtors treated customers (and their homes) as she does!  She believes everything she does should be standard practice, however, I can tell you most don’t even give an inch of what she does. Now, enough about the amazing Demi. Behind Demi is an amazing team – Sarah was truly awesome and met us in-person to walk our new home on an impromptu visit with little notice. She was also always available for our questions – think of having two realtors in constant communication with you they worked together with us like they were one! Then, throw in Erin who was an added contact for the closing process and also great!
